Jackfruit smoothie (without milk)


hope this message finds you all in good health and high spirits. Today, I'm delighted to share a recipe for a healthy, delicious, and effortlessly prepared drink using ripe jackfruit. Let's get started!

Ingredients:

Ripe jackfruit

Fresh coconut water


Instructions:

Begin by peeling the jackfruit and extracting the ripe pods.

Remove the seeds from the jackfruit pods.

Place the deseeded jackfruit pods in a mixer-grinder and blend them for approximately 30 seconds until you achieve a fine paste.

Next, introduce fresh coconut water to the jackfruit paste and blend it again for about 15 to 30 seconds.

Optional: You can add some ice cubes to the mixture to chill the drink if desired.

And there you have it! Your healthy and aromatic jackfruit beverage is ready to be enjoyed.

This recipe yields two servings:

1 cup of ripe jackfruit pods

3 cups of fresh coconut water

Optional: Ice cubes for serving
